It is the clients' choice to receive Massage therapy, MediCupping and/or Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (L.E.T) Treatments. The client is aware of the benefits and risks of these treatments and must sign a consent form stating this. There is no implied or stated guarantee of success of effectiveness of individual techniques or series of appointments. Massage therapy, MediCupping and L.E.T Treatments are not substitutes for medical care, medical examination or diagnosis. Clients are required to state all medical conditions that they are aware of and will inform the practitioner of any changes in their health status. Kálon Spa policy along with Washington State law requires that draping is provided during a massage and ensures that the following areas will not be exposed during a massage: Breast/chest, genitals, and gluteal cleft.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Kálon Spa requires 24 hour notice before the cancellation of any appointment. If the client scheduled fails to provide 24 hrs notice, they will be charged 50% of the fee of any scheduled service. Please call (360)589-2112 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We cannot provide L.E.T therapy to clients with unexplained calf pain, known blood clots, a pacemaker/ ICD, congestive heart failure, someone who is pregnant or may be pregnant, or with children under the age of 13. These conditions are contraindicated for this service and could cause health complications.
