Lymphatic Drainage for Hormone Health

Your lymphatic system can have a huge effect on the balance of hormones in your body. Many clients come in with hormonal issues such as PMS, hormonal acne, headaches, peri-menopause and menopause symptoms and find relief after a few lymph sessions. What most people aren’t aware of is that a healthy lymphatic system allows the free flow of progesterone in a woman's body which is extremely important for managing your estrogen levels. If your lymph system is sluggish and congested, your body has a harder time moving hormones which leads to imbalances, when we clear it your body has a chance to regain balance and symptoms generally fade.
